I have an 1939 f-20 parts tractor that I am using to restore my 1939 f-20 with. It has kind of an odd bracket that is fastened to the frame rail. It is located on the right side by the govenor. It looks like a generator bracket becasue the bottom pully on the crank has another v-belt pully attached to it as well and if a generator was put on the pully they look like they would line up. It looks like it was made for an f-20 after market becasue it fits perfectly. I have pictures if anyone could help. its not important I am just curious. I do not plan on keeping it anyway. Thanks

Yes, it is too important. It is a generator bracket and somebody wants it. Clean it up and post in a want ad here at yt or list it on eBay. you should get $25 for the 2 pieces with U bolts.

Thanks for the Info, You are very wise in all things f-20 related.

I will start spraying the nut on the u-bolt when I get home with rust cutter maybe I can get it off with out it breaking.
