I have just purchased my first Cub, and I didn't get any manuels. Can someone tell me what weight tranny fluid I need to replace the old? What is the oil filter number, and what brand should I be looking for? And what make spark plugs, and where I could I find them.
Thanks
And I appriecate your help.
Florida Tom

Hey Florida Tom,

What part of Florida? I'm up in the panhandle, Farmalls are pretty scarce up here.

If you have a local Napa auto parts store they have the proper oil, filter, and plugs. I use 85-140 gear oil in the trans, napa oil filter no. 1153, sorry don't remember the plug number. Also use the 85-140 in steering gear box and final drives.

Binder Books has manuals. Get an Owners manual and a Service manual. You'll be glad you did.

Your Case/IH/NH dealer can also get manuals for you.
