I bought a hydraulic diverter from the Brand company. I'm putting it on a Super M to power the power steering. The diverter has three outlets from it. They are labeled IN, CF, and EX. How do I plumb it in?

"IN" is obvious.

"CF" is controlled flow... to steering.

"EX" is excess flow... to other hydraulic functions.

Mornin' Todd,

That "IN" comes straight from the pump of course, the "CF" should be your power steering feed and the "EX" then runs back to feed the rest of your hydraulics.

The return from your power steering motor and the "thru" of your hydraulic valving then both dump back into the tank separately.

I set that adjuster handle to "3 1/2" to get the best ratio for the power steering.
