Can anybody hook me up with a Carter Carburetor UT 0-652 rebuild kit for a Super A? or pieces of a rebuild kit? I've checked with Alabama Case/IH dealers and YTD. Mighty hard to find...
Thanks,
Bill in west-central Alabama

I am not 100% if this is correct, but A&I show a basic kit for a Carter carb on a C,Super A, Super AV Super C. It includes gaskets, needle and seat and throttle shaft. If you do not have a local A&I dealer, I can get you a gasket kit for it. It sells for $11.10 plus shipping. The part number you will need to order from A&I is A-CCK01. Hope this helps
Jim

Sounds good, but I'm not familiar with "A & I" stores. I guess we don't have them around here. Do they have a website?
Thanks

Yes, they have a website, www.aiproducts.com, they have a dealer locator on that site, they will not sell direct to you, but at least you can get a dealer.

Thanks everybody. I located the gaskets, at least. So I cleaned the carb - very rusty bowl, as the bolts to the manifold had worked loose. I've timed the mag, I think, and there's a good spark, so if this doesn't work, I'll find the other carb parts thanks to your help.
Appreciate it!!
Bill

Send an email to carbkits@cox.net and tech@thecarburetorshop.com to see if they have kits. Have you tried your NAPA auto parts store? Hal
