Has anyone put the double bevel rear wheels like, the wheels on a 560, on a h? I have a set of wheels and tires on the double bevel rims that I would like to put on my John deere A. I know the wheels on the h are the same as the deers. Has anyone tried this? Thanks for the replies.

Do you have a pic of these wheels you are wanting to put on a farmall h?

Thanks for the reply. No I don't have a picture, but the wheels that I have are of the modern type. The wheels are on a 560 now, they have the raised lugs on the inside of the wheel so it can be clamped to the rear tactor hub. They have two sets so the wheel can be set in or out on the hub. The H wheel has a notch {one raised lug} that centers the wheel on the hub and prevents the wheel from spinning on the hub. The wheels on the H will fit my 51' JD A, which is the tractor that needs rubber. I was wondering if anyone had swapped the double bevel wheels onto a older tractor, such as a H or M. Sorry for the long explination, thanks again.

The wife's Farmall H is a 1947 and has the style of rims you are talking about, they are the same ones that it had right out of the factory.Hope that helps.
