I'm in the process of putting together a tractor someone else took apart and need to know how the rocker arm shaft is supplied with oil. Is it by the small holes at the top of the shaft or is it supposed to be pressurized? Just wanted to be sure I'm not missing something. Thanks.

I think it would be under pressure through one of the cam bearings. You should get a shop manual that covers that tractor. Very helpful. Hal
