Planning to take my 10X20 shade but wonder if there are trees? that shade takes up a lot of room but sure would be nice to sit under.

There are a few trees on the show grounds, but you'll be lucky if you get a spot under one. Better bring that canopy. It's gonna be hot and humid and likely some showers too. About 200 miles to the east, can't seem to quit raining.

I've been to Nashville a couple of times this time of year. There is usually NO wind, unlike where we live. Very high humidity, 90+ degrees, every tree will have a group of people under it, all fanning themselves--good luck.

Cowman: I'm with you on the shade. I don't take tractors to shows, just a paying customer through the gate. If a show has no shade trees for guys our age to have a good discussion under, then I don't go. Tents don't count, got to be real live trees.

Don't ever come to one in Western KS or NE, as Cowman has shown you the only tree.

CNKS: Come on guys there has got to be times of the year????? Then again those trees also slow down the wind. Maybe you guys should establish some tree stands.

They definitely slow down the wind in my yard, but once I get outside my tree line, I become airborne, or frostbitten in the winter. Average wind speed here is about 13 mph, that's average, typically 10-30 mph constant with higher gusts; with about one of ten days with light wind.
