I need a wiring diagram for a super m

My super M has a battery ignition and a 3 position switch. Can anyone help me with a wiring diagram? Someone cobbled up the wiring and installed the wrong regulator on it. Where is the correct location for the regulator? I think it's a 1953 model.

Hey Tom - I'll spare you the search! Punch below for the diagram for your SM...

Presuming your '53 is a "Stage II" SM (it has live hydraulics) the regulator gets mounted on the front side of the steering wheel stanchion below the light bracket.

Tom: If the SM is still original 6 volt, there is an excellent wiring diagram in the IH operators manual that came from same era as the tractor.

Second suggestion is go to left of screen, under Reasearch & Info, go to Articles, then look for Bob M's article on this subject, complete with wiring diagrams. If you need help after that give Bob a shout.
