Had to post this photo, was taken today at 7:29pm. Git the 460 in the photo, so I had to post it here. Glad it was nothing, Git about 17 pictures of this funnel cloud forming. 5 miles west of Akron, Indiana. I was working in the back yard and spotted it. Enjoy, ChadS

Earlier this year, 1 month exactly ago, we ran into 4 twisters comming home from a tractor pull in northern Indiana. Ive seen to many of em up close already this year! Ive havent seen this many in Northern Indiana for quite sometime. It was neat though,,, last night, wasnt any wind, no rain, no thunder, just a dark cloud approaching from the south west. Id say it was probably 2 to 3 miles away from us, if that,, We had the dog and the cat inthe truck ready to head away from it if it came any closer, Id say it was forming for about 10-15 minutes. I know Im a redneck!! Ive been on YT more than 5 times describing what the tornado sounded like!!! ChadS
