Happy Fourth to All and their Families! Say I have a 43 H Farmall and the original owners manual. The manual is showing it's age more than the tractor.Looks like the original owner had to restaple the book at some point over the years and I just noticed page 16 & 17 are missing.Anyone know what info was lost?? Thanks for any help,Chris in SeMo.

I have an original manual printed in 1943 too however pages 17 and 18 are missing. page 16 in this one shows the oil filter element and I know pages 17 and 18 were a lubrication chart

Dave,That is quite a coincidence! I got my book back out and 17 & 18 are the days that are missing.Sounds like an inherent weakness in their booklet. LOL. It does help to have some idea of what the missing pages are about. Thanks for the info,Chris in SeMo.

You have to find someone with a 1943 manual. IH updated the manuals over the years, and the reprints are all for the latest one made.

Is that the "Operator's Manual"? I also have a "Service Manual" but neither of them have 16 and 17 back to back. Mine are reprints.

Hello,Little John. Thanks for gettin back to me.The little book says Owner's Manual on top front then the Farmall emblem just like on front of the Farmalls, then H in a circle like it appears on the hood. It's Farmall red, about 33 pages and 6.5" by 9.5".Looks like 17 and 18 would have been back to back in the very center of the book. Thanks for checking,Chris in SeMo.

Jeeze.....this doesn't match up with either of my manuals. My operator's manual has 97 pages. Tell me what's on page 15 and maybe something will match. Sorry.
