A simple round plate a little smaller than the o.d. of the sleeve with a hole in it for a piece of threaded rod is all you really need. Use the head bolts to support another plate with a hole in it for the other end of the threaded rod and you have your puller. Works like a charm.

There is a puller listed in Red Power by the name of " E&K AG Products " they are in Gainesville Mo 65655 (417) 679-3530. They advertize on page 66 of Red Power top left corner. I forget how much i paid now since it's been a few years back but it was well worth every penney I spent. I have pulled A, C, H, M, sleeves with it without little work, mote most of the tractors i work on have had the head off for may years an a rusted up, this puller made short order of them all. I am fixing to pull a set of sleeves out of a couple of WD9 an I have faith that it will also do a great job. Only my 5 cents but i've tried home made an all the other idea's an this pull work far better with less trouble :o)
