I have three flywheels that I can use for my H and all three have small stress cracks in the area where the clutch plate engages. Big deal??

My '40 H has those cracks too. They have not been a problem.

I agree with Cap its probably jst the normall heat cracks from the clutch. I'd take it in and have it turned. Cost around $10-20 to have it done.

I think what you are referring to are “heat cracks” caused from slipping the clutch too much and too long. Usually these are not a big deal if the surface is smooth. There is probably some “bluing” to the surface metal also. You might want to take the best one to a machine shop and have it cut down so that it is true before you put it together.
