Front tire sizes on a '40 M

Hi all,

I was going to order some new rubber for the '40 M project this afternoon, but I forgot to measure the wheels before I left home. Does anyone know the diameter of the front wheels of a factory wide front '40 M? I want to say 15", but I'm not positive.

6.50-16 looks good on them too. The 6.00's may look a little skinny unless you are going with small rear tires.

6.00-16 was standard. A,B,C used 15's.

I agree with van 16 inchers but then most tractors use 16 inch tires up front, there are a few that don't but not many.

Mine is 16" Tire size should be 6.00 16.
