I want to say right off that i'm not much of a computer wiz but I used to be able to enter my tractor model number in the search box on the top of the page and then search the farmall board for the questions and answers pertinent to my model. I can still do this but when I try to get back to the list after viewing one story it comes up "this page can't be dispayed" so I have to click back to favorites, get back to this site then do another search. What am I doing wrong. Thanks PUTTER

Earlier this week, the same problem happened to me on all forums I visited, not just ytmag. I cleared out all the spyware with no improvement. Today it is working fine. I think it was a problem with the entire internet.

What keystroke, or mouse click are you using to return? Try using the "backspace" key, ot try using "alt plus the left arrow" when you want to return from a search

I have noticed that you can not go back and correct any misspelled words after you click on
"Submit Follow Up". You could do this in earlier postings. I guess this what they call
progress. Hal

It also may depend on your provider. I access this site using different providers but the same computer (laptop). When on line with one provider the site works 99% of the time as expected, the other it does exactly what you describe even when I try to post. This technology is good but it is not perfect by any means. Patience, persistence, and the realization that one person cannot know everything about everything any more! :>)

You're not doing anything wrong!!!!! Man, it just drives me batty when people act like this. Stop it! You're not stupid, and everything that goes wrong with your computer is not automatically something you did wrong.

It's an issue with this site. I get a similar message using Mozilla Firefox, but it pops up a box that asks me if I want to reload the page.

That's right nat, it's the nature of the beast. sometimes in a few hours wait everything fixes itself. Just last night I had to reboot and start over when everything locked up. Worst case you go to the wall and unplug the darn thing. That will stop it!

hey cowman..think creatively, like "farmall m hosepower" and use the "s on each end.. it will look up just exactly farmall+m+horsepower in that order and not any page that had farmall or m or horsepower.hope this helps somehow.have fun :-)
