That 3.300" dimension was measured directly on the engine block, right where the o-ring groove is located. Got the same dimension on all four cylinders, but I don't have a tool or gauge blocks to measure the depth of the o-ring groove. The sleeves start out at 3.270" at the bottom, and work their way up to 3.310, where they radius to the thick wall part of the sleeve. Looks like the sleeve diameter is about 3.280"-3.290" where it would contact the o-ring, so it smushes the o-ring pretty hard. Cheers, Jeff
