I have looked and looked and cannot find any spark plug reference. I believe the Champion plug number is D-14 for the Super M, am I correct?

Champion chart shows D18Y. It has an extended tip. Otherwise would use the D21 or 23 or cross it to some other brands.

If I remember correctly D-16 Champions or equivalent were the original recommendation.

I ran the D-15Y for a while and AC"s and Autolite and I"m back to D-16"s again. I"m not sold on any particular brand yet since I haven"t seen much difference for my use.

Not sure of the proper Champion number. I used Champion D23s in my SMTA at one time as they seem to be very imune to fouling. Now I have Ac C87 and Autolite 388 plugs in it(yes for some reason a combination) but they seem to work. The parts book lists old numbers and with modern fuel you may want a hotter plug anyway.

Thank you for the input. I'll keep this in mind on the heat range.
