Thank`s for helping me get my H started a few days ago.The one that was starving for gas,and wouldn`t start unless I held my hand over the intake.As soon as I opened the main fuel setting about one turn she started right up.Can you tell me how to set the carb?It idles ok but wants to die when I give it throttle.Any help greatly appreciated.

It also sounds like your idle circuit may be plugged. The screw at the top with the spring is the idle mixture screw, it is backwards to a car, you turn it left for more idle fuel.

It sounds like the carburetor is still too lean.
Try giving the engine some throttle with the choke
being used. If it runs better open the main adjusting jet some more. Your float level may be set too low. Hal
