well, our cows and equipment go in about 2 weeks. we're keeping a couple things besides what we can use in the excavation end of the business. Going to be weird without cows around. I don't think i'm going to miss patching the manure spreader and bobcat together though. Or feeding on cold windy rainy days when everyone calls in sick. Or packing silage with the td8 with it's lovely non-existant lights at night on a 20 foot pile. Actually i might miss that a little. oh well, I'll still have lots of chances to run it doing other things.

Scot,

Is there any way you can stop this action?

People poised the same question to me twenty years ago and I waved them off and ignored their trying to help.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that I think you are going to live to regret this.

Allan

Not much. We've got some nice equipment, I just hope it doesn't go somewhere it all gets destroyed. The SM my grandma bought way back in 53(second production year she bought a year-old demo unit from the dealer for my grandpa) is staying. The cows, I'll probably only miss our lineback. There's a lot to the story I just don't want to get into it, other than to say they should have went a while ago. But now my dad should be able to start paying me so I don't have to spend so much time on the road. My dad hasn't had a whole day off in almost 2 years so this really isn't as bad as it sounds. If I get my big allis sold we are looking at seeing how fast we can make an interstate highway trip around the country just to see how fast we can knock down about 8000 miles.
