Recently purchased a Farmall "460" with a 2pt hitch. There are (4) hydraulic outlets located at rear of the seat base. The (2) center outlets has hoses connected to the 2pt cylinder. The other (2) outlets are located somewhat lower and to the left. These are corrently plugged. My question is, what would these be used for? Can I move the (2) hoses now connected to 2pt cylinder to these? The hoses now rub on my center link when I use a (3) point implement.

The 2-point probably has a "Tel-A-Depth" control, which is designed to operate off the lever that it is currently attached to. If it does, hooking it to the other ports will change the way it operates. Best to reroute or change the existing hoses.

catmandoo is correct, the extra connections are for a trailing implement. You should be able to move your 2-pt cylinder to the other connections if that helps to keep the hoses from rubbing as long as the hoses are long enough. You'll just have to use a different valve control handle when you swap the hoses.
