What is a good source for Super C ignition parts. I may have to rebuild my distributor, but for sure I need a distributor cap. The one on her now has an original IH logo on it, but the previous owner drilled holes in the cap to let water drain off, I guess. I have been able to get some parts from Tisco, but no cap, no bushings, bearings, etc. for the distributor rebuild.

I do not know of a dealer close to me her in southern Utah, but I can do a search for one if I knew what company name they go by now.

Any help on distributor parts source, and a dealer search keyword would be appreciated.

You can get parts from Borg Warner too. The part
no for points is HS4, condenser HG5, cap HC2, and rotor HR2. Call 1-800-566-8334 to find a dealer near you. Their website is www.bwdautomotive.com

Some caps have drain holes from the factory.

A local NAPA or other auto parts store should be able to get the ignition parts, if they are willing to look them up.

Or try the dealer locator at the CNH site (LH side of screen):

OR contact these guys:

Bob,

Thanks for the NAPA suggestion. I got the cap and a new coil from NAPA today. The cap had a single drain hole in the bottom.
