2504 No Cylinder Sleeves!

I have a 2504 that has been bored 40 over and has been worn another 20, so it is now basically bored 60 over. It is a C153 Gas engine and doesn't have sleeves. The largest ring and piston kits I see are for engines bored 40 over. What are my options?

Thanks,
Ross

One option would be to sleeve it back to standard and start over. Ony one who does machine work on engines should be able to do this. Common wall thickness of sleeve could be 1/16 or 3/32 with a flange on top.

It could be fitted with permanently installed sleeves and bored to original diameter for use with original pistons. Auto machine shops do this.
