Did I dream it, or read it hear that WC Allis Chamlmers steel fronts or rears are compatable with some IH models? Thanks.

Perhaps you heard, but a AC (WC) JD (AR_GP) IH (F20) are all the same rear rim, with lugs being the differance. Probably F & H wheels. Dave NE IA

Donno "bout A.C., but at one time there was a strike at the Deere foundry, and JD bought a bunch of Farmall front wheels and installed them on the tractors during the strike. Bet those looked funny!

I don't know if it was a dream, but my Allis C is wearing a Cub rim on one side. It's an 8" rim that is not supposed to be a Cub size but it was on a Cub when it arrived here.
