Hi guys. I sure hope yopu guys can help me or at least steer me in the right direction. I know this is better suited for another forum but I have gotten much better information from here. A few weeks ago I bought a 14" 2 bottom 3pt plow. It's red with a big International sticker on it. Well I went to my local TC store and bought a 14" share and shin. I like to have extra parts handy just in case. Well when I got it home and looked at it next to the the one still on the plow it's just a little different. Bolt holes don't match up. Both are 4 hole but the spacing is a little different. I took the original one off the plow. It's pretty rusty and took a while with a wire brush to get down to the numbers. I am not that farmiliar with IH part numbers. I just wanted to be sure I had the whole number before I started looking. On the share it says:
TATU
Made in Brazil HS29011002
Does that look like a complete number?
If so do you guys have any idea what model plow I have So I can start looking for a Parts book of my own? Here is a link to a pic of it.

Tittle: From your photo and comparing with plow parts book I have, I think you have a model 209 plow. More importantly than model number is plow bottom type and numbers of wear parts. Your plow has Super Chief bottoms. I would think wear parts for those would be an in stock item at CaseIH dealers. Those bottoms were still on new plows 15 years ago, they may still be, just haven't been following new equipment since 1990.

Tittle: It is a dealer book containing listings for about 45 different plows. I have a second one, from a different era, about 35 plows in that one. I bought the larger one in an online auction. The smaller book was given to me by a gentleman who felt I could help a lot of people with it. That is not all of the IH plows. Plowing was always my favourite on farm tractor jobs. Good plowing is an art and I will do what I can to help anyone achive better plowing .

There are not a lot of those books around. I would judge this book has been bought several times in auctions just like I bought it. Each time the buyer removed the section on his particular plow, then resold the book. It is a 3 ring type book and the text concerning about a dozen plows has been removed. It probably contained about 60 plows when new. So if your looking at one online, buyer beware. The book I had given to me is complete.
