I got my camera working at last. Here is a photo of my 1948 H and my 1923 Father on the 11 acres we are getting ready to build on. The tractor is sitting in what will be my wife's family room. The H is a little dirty cause I don't have water out there yet. You may also notice the decals are not quite right but I love her anyway.

Hey Paul, that is one fine looking H, I grew up on one just like that. Ours was a 48 I think, might have been a 47.

Paul,Looks like you sure did good, man. The tractor is beautiful and will do a fine job with that mower. It's nice to have one set up with a mower so you can get regular use out of it.Looks like your tractor and your Dad are both in fine condition for their year model.Keep up the good work! Could it really be a family room without a tractor?

Seiously, The photos of the new shop are pretty good too. Was that a kit?

Very nice pic of your Dad and your tractor. My Dad passed before I started collecting tractors. My Dad was a 1927 model, looked much the same as your Dad..... ..... ..... .....

You say you love her anyway - tractor or wife?? Your dad sure looks please. What do you other feller"s (to use Allen"s term) think "bout building your farmall into the living room. Put in big doors, drive it out, keep it cozy by the fire in winter, easy starts, no cold fingers when servicing it. Dad could wax it in the winter???? Other ideas...a parts washer in the laundry room-makes sense don"t it? Nice photo.

Your 1923 dad looks surprisingly like my 1923 dad. You suppose they were like Farmall's and all looked the same?

It don't get any better than that - Happy dad, nice view, sweet tractor and a wife with an opportunity to buy new furniture.
