Cub Flywheel removal?

I pulled the engine out today in my 49 cub. A couple of questions. How is the flywheel removed? The manual said to index the clutch before removing it from the flywheel. What does this mean? The clutch assembly appears to only have 6 bolts holding it on the flywheel. I have not taken neither the flywheel or clutch off yet. Can it be taken off as an entire unit? Thanks

I dont think I did that with my Cub when I pulled the engine off.I did mark the pressure plate where it was on the flywheel and reinstalled it but didnt do the flywheel and I havent had any ill effects that I can think of.

index.to mark it in a way so when it is reinstalled that it will be in the same positon as where it was removed. I use a paint pen.and mark one of the bolt holes on the clutch assembly and the flywheel. remove the clutch assembly and 4? bolts in the flywheel. wiggle and pry easy. It is heavy do not drop on toes OUCH
