I have a three bottom (14") IH trailer plow with hydraulic lift. Since their are no tags on the plow or decals how do I determine what model it is and the approximate year? I suspect it is a "Little Genius" from the detailed models available but.... Ideas?

Moki: Plows are quite hard without a photo, can you post one. If not send me an e mail. I have a good photo of a No. 8. I will warn you it is a Canadian plow. The only real difference between Canadian and US built plows is the Canadian plow has perpendicular cross members between beams while the US plow has diagnol cross members between beams. A 3 bottom Little Genius No. 8 may have a solid steel beam, diagnol across the top of all 3 beams. If the plow is the newer No. 60 or 70 it will have a diagnol box beam across all beams. I don't have any photos scanned on the 60 or 70 plow.

It sounds like a No. 8 from what you have indicated. I'll take a picture of it and either send it to you or post it here tomorrow. Thanks for the help.
