Anyone have a good technique (for one person) for removing the heavy snap rings that IH used to secure the bull pinion bearings on a Super H / H among others. They don't have the litle ears with holes
so a snap ring pliers is not the answer. Any ideas? When I am reduced to having the wife provide a second set of hands she usually winds up crying and I wind up ..... .

snap ring pliers, several screwdrivers, hold you mouth just right and don't expect to catch it the first try. Cussing sometimes helps. leave your wife and kids in the house.
