Int. 504 LP: does it have a choke?

I have this 504 that is hard to start when cold. It has a cable running from the dash on the left side forward, but the end is loose and I can"t find any possible attaching point on the carburetor. Has my tractor carburetor been altered or do LP tractors ever have chokes.

I grew up on UTU Moline LP tractors, but can"t remember something simple like this.

Please advise. John

It should be right above the evaporator(carberator). There should be a little arm controlling the butterfly in a short tube (about 2"). Find that arm. Alot of times they're disconnected because that center wire breaks right at the end where the bends are at. I've had my 400LP for just a couple of years but have never used it. It just stays full open.
