I started changing out the axle on my 32 as the bearing is bad (drop axle), with one on my 37 junker. I noticed that 4 of the bolt heads are inside the housing. I assume they are as loose as the ones on the outside thereby making it necessary to seperate the 1 16th plate on the inside from the casting on the out. If that be the case, then buying another bearing seems to be the better deal. Also, hows a good way to pull a froze brake drum. The otherside drop axle on the 32 is froze. I origionally intended to change them both out, take the brake rod and handle off then 37 and install it on the 32 while in the process of changing out drop axles. Guess ill pass on that if I got to seperate the housings

having changed a drop box on an F30... It's a job. They fit tight on the bolts and come hard all the way. Can't give you and good advice on the stuck brake drum neither. Pound on it with a sledge for a while. Sometimes they come loose. I make a puller and thread bolts in the holes. if they are stuck bad you end up breaking the shoes.
