I went to the local scrap yard recently and found some interesting things. Here is a drawbar I found on an MD that is much longer than an original. It also has fewer holes for hitching implements. Could it be from a mounted mower or such? The other brace is there, just broken and needing to be welded.

Here is what I think is a UD9. Is it of any value to anyone besides scrap metal? I suppose nothing on it will fit my M's.

Is this tranny from a 400/450? Just curious to see what parts will fit my M. It has a good drawbar that I think will fit. Also had a PTO block off plate (too big for my M).

Here is a crawler/bulldozer. Lost its nose along the way. Looks like an M engine?

Lastly, I found this poor tractor. Its rear axle housings look like a C, but the rims don't. Not much left to ID.

Also, this is my first try at posting multiple photos. Hope it works. If it doesn't, they are located in Help Identify section.

John, what part of Texas is this scrap yard located? I would love to have their address or phone number.

The drawbar looks like it may be off an old IH #24 mower. We've got a couple of them lying around and it looks very similar.

You did good with the pictures. The very last pic, not sure if it's a C, but I would think that someone is probably needing the rear wheel weights?

One rim is bent up. The other looks good. It seems to me that the C used the H&M weights on a splined shaft. I think these rims bolt onto a flange.

Not much in the 400/450 rear end will fit the M. The drawbar will work fine, though.

Dunno for sure, but a UD9 power unit would probably have the same engine as a WD9 tractor.
