I've acquired a 201 swather that has what I'm told is the same engine as my Super "C".The previous owner said he went to start it years ago, filled the rad and the water ran out of the back of the engine, so it was parked. I filled it with water and it ran out of the the rad, it has been frozen and split. Is there a frost plug under the bell housing or somewhere else in the rear that is not easily seen?

Yes, there is a core plug at the back of the water jacket, inside the bellhousing.

thanks for the quick reply, sounds like a real pain to fix, does the fly-wheel have to be removed?
