If its a 544 gas utility it should have a fuel pump, and a solinoid shut off on the carb.
Will check owners manual to see if the farmall had the pump.

I can spray carb cleaner into carb and it runs fine but when I stop the engine stalls.Could there be a piece of dirt or rust in the carb that didn't flush out in the rebuild? any suggestions would be great
