Farmall 350 found in weeds; what's it worth?

I found a Farmall 350 row crop in the weeds. Any idea what it's worth?

What's gone: hoods, grill, distrib, hyd pump, seat assy, starter, gen/alt, front tricycle, rims, power steering

What's there: complete engine (supposedly not stuck), rear cast hubs (what are they worth?), entire trans/rear end, drawbar (no fasthitch), dash with lighter still there, brake lock latch linkage, battery box, front nose, radiator (bad), power steering wheel center (cracked up).

Any idea? My main two questions are:
1. What is the engine worth (not running)?
2. What are the rear cast hubs worth (I want to get this 8-spoke style, instead of the old "M" 6-spoke style, for my 300)?

Thanks,
Ron

While I would not give over couple hundred dollars tops there should be a lot of good saleable parts there if you want to take time to fool with them. Lot of people are always looking for engine and transmission parts. Go to salvage yard and price goog block, head and crank and you can be sure it will be more than this tractor will bring.

Hes what I have given for a few. 450 complete with loader and back blade $350 and got it running on the spot, could not have gotten it out of where it was if we hadn't got it to run. farmall H $250 engine stuck but complete tractor. MH-30 missing a few parts $60. So from what you have said I'd pay scrap price so that whould be no more then $125

Id say its worth the going rate of scrap short iron in your area.

The missing parts would cost more than the value of the running tractor at the end of a restoration. The stuff that is left is less commonly needed if you were to part it out. With no hyd pump, I bet there is geartrain damage unless the hole was properly covered in the engine. Cast centers should be fairly cheap, price a pair and go from there; bear in mind if you buy cast centers from a boneyard, you don't have to deal with the rest of some carcass.

You should be able to see if the engine is stuck by getting a wrench to turn the crank pulley. I would not give more than $100 for it, if the engine is not stuck. Plus you are doing the property owner a favor by removing it.

Hi Ron if I was you I wouldnt pay much more than $50, I bought a farmall 350 with a wide front end on it for $200 and it was complete, but then again I have had to replace alot of things on it including a block due to a crack in it,trust me these things are not very cheap to restore.Good luck buying
