The factory valves seem pretty rare, how does one contect upto a standard cross or prince valve?

Lots of are plumbed in right off the lines going to the rockshaft assy. Just braze a fitting in the line and then add a control valve either two-way or single. Small line is pressire and the big is return. Know of several here locally that have been in use for years. You can also just take out the plugs on the fitting going into the rock shaft assy have seen several that way to run a loader.

The manifold is also available on eBay nearly all the time. Create a search that will notify you by email when the part comes up. These are newly mfg-ed items.

There is an adapter available from Saginaw and other places that fits between the hydraulic tubes and the reservoir. Hydraulic hoses run from there to the spool valve and then to the hydraulic cylinder.
