If it is like my M.....
I unbolted the lower half of the bolster while I had the tractor jacked up. I then took the nut off of the top of the steering gear, and the whole upper bolster shaft slid out the bottom. The thrust bearing, felt washer and felt washer cover slid off pretty easy. The big lower bushing (in the bolster housing) came out fairly easy with a hammer and dull chisel. The new one was a bear to put back in though. The smaller bushing in the top of the housing about ate my lunch. I was finally able to roll it out with a good sharp chisel and a hammer. The seal below it came out pretty easy. You will need some one with small hands or figure out a tool to put the seal back in though. A little persuasion with a hammer and a piece of oak was all I needed to get the top bushing back in.

Hope this helps.
