Hey Mag Man ,
I want to replace my points and condenser, never done it on a mag before, any tips????? ?? I see that the rotor shaft has to come out, don't want to just start takin it apart without some advise.

No Problem Just dont take the two screws out behind the rotor or you will loose the rotor timing. Take the cap off take the 3 screws out behind the cap and pull that cover off that exsposes the points.Use a 11/32 wrench for the nut that holds the points or 9 mm I could be wrong on that size. The pin that the points slide over needs to be lubed with a good light greese along with the resess of the points behind the fiber part. 0.013 thousands Gap make sure that nothing is close to the aluminum when you put it back like wire. and the condenser is pretty well self evident 7/16 wrench to take the bolt out that holds it in the bakelight washer. If you need any help gfive me a yell. JON
