I am the proud new owner of a 1970 140 and will be needing a fast hitch plow and disk harrow. Also- I may be winterested in finding a 5 ft finish mower that attaches to the fast hitch (if ever made?) Any help is appreciated.

Eric, congratulations on your Farmall purchase! You've joined an elite group. I have a Woods rear-mounted fast-hitch finish mower for my 140. Belly mowers such as Woods makes and IH made are finish mowers that fit the 140. People with large yards swear by their belly-mounted Woods mowers.

Hey Ramon, where in NC are You at? I"m in the Beaufort area Myself and might be interested in fast hitch implements for 140. I have My Grandfathers "61 140 and am currently restoring it and looking for a disc and maybe mower! If Eric is too far away to take advantage of Your offer I would be interested! I know Eric has first shot. "Later, Scott P.S. I"ll leave e-mail open!

I would definately be interested in the fast hitch woods mower. I have a 7ft finish mower for my Ford 3000 but if my wife and I could both mow at the same time we could really save some time. I hate to go buy another lawn tractor when the little 140 can do it. I am also looking for a disk harrow and 2x14 plow. Thanks for all the replys! Nice hearing from the NC Farmall guys-

Denton Tractor Show in North Carolina for Farmalls in reply to Eric Minnis, 04-14-2005 04:27:09
Speaking of NC Farmall tractor folks, I spend some time on the Farmall Cub board and there are some folks from there that will be in Denton, NC on July 4th for the big tractor show (Southeast Threshers Reunion). I intend to be there on Monday. If anyone else is going, it would be great to link up and chat about tractors. Cheers Ramon
