I have a 1947 Cub. The left and upper side of the motor block has a small leak. It has an old weld job. I think the weld is leaking but not sure. It is leaking antifreeze when the engine warms up just a drip but I would like to fix it. I was told to just put stop leak in it. But I think it should be re-welded for a permanent fix. Any suggestions?
Thanks

My son had my Grandpas F-20. Yearsago it froze and cracked the side of the block. My brother hqad it welded, but when we got it it had a small seepage lik that. We stopped it with a little JB Weld. Works great, as the cooling system is not under pressure on it.
