You know,I'll be 49 years old next month and I plowed for the first time in my life today! I had a great time,I showed up with just my 48 "H" hoping there would be a plow there I could pull. And there were several to choose from.I hooked to a IHC 2-16 and only pulled it about 100 yds. before spinning out. They were plowing half a pivot of alfalfa and it was hard!Another gent loaned me his 2-12 JD plow and the mix of Red and Green worked like a charm.I'm still pumped and at my age that may be dangerous. I made 5 half mile rounds before I had to leave,my wife and I are going back tomorrow to see if they got it done.John.

ive spent many a long night plowing with an H i bought while in high school. we were pulling a 3disk plow, i think it was an HM150 not really sure, but the old H pulled the dog out of it. lot of times dad would plow during the day and i would plow at night if we had weather moving in.

i cant wait to hook a 3-14 behind the M i have now. I spent yesterday working my tater patch with my M; love the smell of fresh turned soil

Yep John, I always liked plowing probably as much as any kind of field work. Looked like you were getting something done, didn't have to pay as much attention as cultivating, and you got to pull the old girl like she wanted to. Later, Harley
