First, I wasn't getting enough spark from the magneto and replaced the condenser, points and rotor. It now gives me a good spark, but it still doesn't start. I see gas dripping out of carb. Is this a different problem?

yup, if you got gas running outa the carb , its another problem, but, if thats the IT problem, its relatively easy to fix. First shut off the gas at the tank. If you cant do that, then youll have to buy a new gas bowl assembly. Next, buy new spark plugs. Now, it should start normally, BUT, when done with it, shut the gas OFF, and let it run for a minute before killikng it. I got a 48 Cub, and i had to replace the fuel bowl assembly as it wouldnt shut off, and flood the carb, and flood out the plugs. Once that happens, you cant hardly reuse them. Ive taken a torch to them to try to dry them out, dosent work. BUT, new plugs aint that high, and if you remember to shut her off every time you shut her down, youll be alright. I got a 41 B also

Hey there big Tex there is still some things that could hold you back Beleve me there is a lot of little things . Do you have it timed right,? Did you time the Rotor gear,? How good of a spark are you getting how are you testing your mag is your switch good. 0.13 on points gap. Bad wires

The N in BN signifies a narrow rear wheel width.
Has nothing to do with the front wheel style.

Hi Tex...had a similar problem with my B a while back...I rebuilt two carburetors(Zenith) and still would not fire...replaced with a new carb and it fired right up. Before you do that, replace the spark plugs and/or check the timing. If I can help you let me know...Dixieland

float sticking
if your carb has a flow screw on the bottom--that might be out to far.
