Had one stuck so bad, #1 wouldn't move. Beat on it, jacked it, torched it, finally got a 1/2" drill and drilled the piston top full of holes. It came out! Luckily, I was able to find a matching piston and after new rings it ran fine.

try a really big hammer. i tried rocking the engine on my stuck 44. it just popped the liner out. so, i pulled the piston/liner assembly, drove the piston out with a sledge hammer, cleaned it up and installed new rings. other than a little blow-by, it runs great.

I use the tranny juice too, just need to be patient. If it's rusted real bad you may have to
try and drive the pistons out with the sleeves.
Then use a torch to heat the sleeves.

Someone mentioned sometime ago to pour some diesel
fuel into each cylinder and set them on fire. You would need to have the tractor away from any buildings. Gas tank removed and anything that's flammable. Have a fire extinguisher handy too.

If the head is still on it, drain the coolant, hook it up to a water heater and let the hot water run thru it. While this is going on, get the plugs out and put some Pb blaster or something like it in each plug hole.
Jack up onw rear wheel and put it in 5 th, then rock it back and forth.
The heat form the water is the cure.

I picked up an H a few weeks ago that had sat for 25 plus years the engine was stuck, note I said was. I put tranny fluid in all of the cylinders and went back in to the house and had a beer. Came back out an hour or so later and tried to tunr it over with the hand crank, I jumped on it and it would not move. So I went and got a 12 volt battery and tried that and it broke free, gave me a tranny fluid shower but in an hour I was driveing it. If the tranny fluid doesn't work after sitting for a few hours/days add turpintine to the top of that and it will probably brake free.

Luke, Got this from another tractor junkie here on the boards. Tear the engine down to the block. Remove the fuel tank! ! roll tractor outside! !
Now mix 50/50 gas and DSL, pour about a pint in each cylinder. Set it on fire and let it burn itself out. do all cylinders, or just the one/ones that has rust in it. with one wheel jacked up rock the engine back and forth. It should break free then you can go ahead about you rebuild.
Later,
John A.

Lord, you've opened up a can of worms. I used brake fluid, let it sit, pull head and tap on the top of the piston with a block of wood. Do a search here on "Stuck" and you will get all kinds of answers. Good luck!!

Out of all those ideas mentioned, the hydraulic press is the only one I have not tried. All the rest of have failed miserably.
