Hello,

I'm new to the board, have been following posts on here for quite some time, but this is my first post.

Does anyone have an easy/quick way to tell the difference between the cub 193 and the A-193 moldboard plows? I Know I could probably look up and compare beam part numbers if I had both parts catalogs, but just thought someone might have a quick method they use.

Thanks

Thanks for all the great information, that was exactly what I was trying to find. Now when I'm out looking for an A-193, I can tell the difference.

The A-193 plow beam is essentially straight at the front end. The Cub-193 beam has a notable twist near the front. You will also normally find a 12" bottom on the Cub plow but a 14" or 16" bottom on the Super A plow.

If they were next to each other, the size difference would be obvious, but one alone is harder to tell by size.

If the depth control is with it, the Cub uses a lever, the Super A uses a flat link up to the right Touch-Control arm.
