I have a 1940 farmall A. I have found fenders, hood, steering wheel, muffler and decals. I need a grill to finish all sheet metal. Please answer even if you have sold it. Thanks,
James Webb

Russel, Used 39 and 40 grills are quite rare. since they use dzeus fasteners. YOu might try Steel Wheel Ranch in Everest Kansas. Phone 785-548-7437. New ones are available, but its gonna cost you dearly. Probably close to $600.00. Unless the one you have is beat up beyond repair, you might try straightening it out. YOu certainly have nothing to lose by trying. I"ve worked out some pretty bad dings myself. It does take a lot of patience and some creativity in making some bars to fit behind the grill bars. you can also get a basic set of body shop tools for less than $50.00, which include hammers and various bucking bars
