So what is the difference between the standard Air Intake cap versus
1. Pre Cleaner Collector Type
2. Pre Cleaner Detachable Sleeve Type
3. Pre Screener

Do they all replace the Air Intake cap, is there any advantage or disadvantage to any of them?
Thanks Ramon

As well as collecting finer dust and leaves and stuff, It also looks cool on the tractors, if you stick a deere in the jar then lots of people stop and look. I got a 5020 in my jar!LOL

The pre-cleaner/collector will replace the original cap, it will collect fine dust in the container so you don't have to sevice the oil bath air cleaner as often. The pre-screeners are used in addition to the cap, most often used with corn pickers and such when there is a lot of trash in the air. Advantages? Disadvantages? If you need it put it on, if your tractor is not being used in dirty, dusty conditions, then you don't need it.
