Hi Fred...Thanks for the curiosity...Gene was right on the connections I think because I changed them back to negative ground and it worked good too. Sometimes you think you have a good connection because you tried to make sure but I guess that's what I get fer thinking. El Toro suggested that I connect with a positive ground and that must have been when it got a good connection. You never know how you look till you get your picture took!!!Shame on me! Allen in Nebraska said he had a similar incident about the oil cap with fuel in the oil so I drained it and replaced the oil. Has'nt done it anymore. Still have a little bit of a skip now and then even after I reset the valves to .014" as suggested by CNKS but it did improve it somewhat. It is amazing that someone always has an anwser and it is a great help and saves a lot of time. Don't have to scratch your head as much....Thanks...Dixieland
