Hey Guys, I picked up a Farmall 100 recently, looks great but stuck naturally, hole in the manifold. Question is, how rare are these tractors? I have learned so far that they were only made for a couple of years. How many were made? Thanks, was thinking of selling it but might just hang onto it instead!

According to the Serial number section to the left of this page. The first in 1954 was #501 and the first one in 1955 was 1720 and 1956 was 12895. There were 12,175 built in 1955 alone. It doesn't say how many were built in 1956 but if 1956 was anywhere close to 1955 then there could be over 20,000 of them. Not many International 100s.

Andrew: Randy is right, figure is around 20,000. Those figures you see quoted in serial numbers are beginning number for each years production. Look ahead to 130 numbers, you can just about calculate how many 100s in final year. You will be close, if you do some avarageing.
