Hey guys ,Can I take off one bolt at a time that attaches to the rims on a H tractor so I can touch up the paint without the rim and tire coming apart on me ?

On the rear wheels, as long as the bolts/clamps on either side of the bolt you are removing are tight, you won't have any problem. After painting put that one back in and tighten it before going to the next. On the front wheels you must go ahead and remove all three clamps. Just run the opposite wheel on a block before loosening the bolts and remove the wheel you want to paint.
