Our local club has been given a grist mill and what seems to be the engine out of a Industrial model 20 tractor. The valves, mainly exhaust, are in poor shape and need replacing. From my findings this is the same engine that is in the 10-20's. ANY help would be great.

jeff, if the bore is the same as a 10-20 you have the same valves as a 10-20 engine. if it has a water pump it is a w-30 engine and the valves would have to be w-30. the 10-20 and w-30/ f-30s have the same block but different heads. 10-20 valves are not impossible but w-30s are getting hard to get. sometimes i have to buy a parts tractor or engine to get valves.hope this helps, what is the block serial number on the left side front upper part of the block? good luck, russ
