I have found someone who may be willing to sell me a complete/excellent condition one-point hitch from his 140. 1. I assume this would fit my SA properly--true? 2. If you have bought or sold one of these, what have you considered a fair price?
Thanks, as always.

Mark

Yes, It will fit. I have one on my Super A without the assist spring. I am sure it would lift more with the spring, but I lift disks, a dirt scoop full of dirt, etc. without any problems. As for the price, can't help you, it depends on how badly you want it. I have seen them advertised for $200.00 up. Hope this helps.

I think it would mostly fit your Super A...but!! You'll have to get the rear rockshaft off the 140. The one on the Super A is different. Maybe he will swap. Also, you won't be able to lift that much on the one point unless you get the spring assist off the 140. He may not want to give that up depending on what he plans on doing. Also, I think the front rockshaft that the spring assist hooks to is different than the one on the Super A. I think can be done, but not exactly straightforward.
