Hi everyone,

Well, I did buy my 560 wide front gas. Despite many people calling it junk, I got a good deal for $2,000. I will use it only to move bales and plow the driveway in the winter. However, I'm going to an auction with a good 350 and I am looking for a restoration project. It is a widefront with a 2-point. Assuming everything is good, how much should I bid?

Thanks,
Chris

I'm a little more familiar with the 300, but as I understand they are basically the same tractor. There is certainly a difference between the utility and the farmall. Saw a 300 utility go for $2500 with the engine and rear end both locked up. The same weekend a running Farmall sold for $300. Paid $1000 for my 300 with a narrow front end. I would guess a Farmall with a wide front end would be $1500 to 2000 and the utility maybe $2000 to 3000. All depends on the condition and obviously who else might also want to bid on it.

An IH350 is a utility not a Farmall.
Make sure you check that steering box!

An IHC 350 could be a Farmall, but a Farmall can"t be a utility or Industrial or Standard. Remember IHC was the company, so they"re all IHC.

Sammy's number is a good "max" amount. The wide front is worth $300-$500 easily if its a Swartz. The IH wide fronts are worth even more to some collectors. If the TA works and it's otherwise complete expect $1500 - $2200. The 350 sips on fuel compared to 560. With live hydraulics and live PTO they are so much easier to use then an "H".

Well that all depends on what ya want to give for it . The auctioneer will tell ya when you have paid enough . Is it a fartory wide ft. or after market ?? . Ya got a deal on the 560 in my book and since i have not seen it it would be a good one to fix up and make it new again and would last ya a long time.

I always add a zero to the number on the side of the hood and go up or down from there. the fast hitch is worth 400 easy- make sure it all runs and works and if there are any leaks take a little off and bid what you feel is a good price( whats in your wallet)___
